Description générale

Générer des ventes

  • Générer des bénéfices sur les ventes en fournissant un service à la clientèle.
  • Répondre ou surpasser les objectifs de l’entreprise dans toutes les statistiques individuelles.
  • Participer à l’entretien du magasin selon les directives des normes visuelles en vigueur, ce qui comprend : marchandisage et signalisation appropriés et propreté du magasin. 
  • Maintenir une apparence professionnelle en accord avec la Politique en matière de code vestimentaire.
     

Tâches et responsabilités principales

Contrôle des dépenses 

  • Protéger les actifs de l’entreprise dans le respect des directives des politiques de vente au détail de LIDS.
  • Participer à la gestion de l’inventaire du magasin, y compris la gestion des expéditions et la réactualisation des marchandises.
  • Aider à établir de façon uniforme et opportune un décompte précis de la marchandise.
  • Soutenir et adhérer à toutes les politiques, procédures et directives de vente au détail de LIDS.
  • Autres tâches assignées.

Connaissances et compétences requises pourle poste

  • Solides compétences en matière de relations interpersonnelles et aptitude à communiquer verbalement de façon claire et professionnelle.
  • Capacité à lire et à opérer un ordinateur.
  • Capacité à soulever jusqu’à 23 kilos (50 livres).
  • Capacité à monter sur une échelle et à travailler les bras en l’air.
  • La position debout est requise jusqu’à 100 % du temps de travail.

  Pay Transparency Statement
The hourly range for this position is $972.42 - $3,333.33, which represents base pay only. The base pay offered will consider internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, scheduled hours, and experience, among other factors. A monthly store performance bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package depending on the employee’s role and organizational level. In addition to base and bonus compensation, full-time employees are eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, RRSP with employer match, paid time off (PTO), and more. A cell phone stipend may be provided in certain geographical areas as required by law.
