General Description

Records and maintains the underlying business transaction details that reflect and document the financial activities of the organization through tender reconciliation.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

  • Active Member of the cash management team.
  • Reconciliation of store cash deposits, gift card and credit card variances, and sales.
  • Ability to file paperwork and maintain an organized work atmosphere.
  • Ability to maintain an excellent attendance record.
  • Support and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Communicate with employees at all levels of the company.

Job Required Knowledge & Skills

  • Four-year degree, or 0-2 years of relevant experience and/or training.
  • Proven ability to perform independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear, audible, and grammaticallycorrect manner.
  • Ability to read and operate a computer, as well as maneuver relative software programs.
  • Sitting required for up to 90% of the daily work schedule.
  • Viewing a computer screen for up to 90% of the work time.
  • Operating a computer keyboard for up to 90% of the work time.
