About Our Company

General Position Summary

Provide service and support to the Stores’ Custom Cap Program, Digitizing Process, and the relevant knowledge and communication for the Field Personnel and Corporate Office Departments involved through accurate and consistent reporting.


Responsible for, but not limited to:  Being on the production floor at all times, operating and assisting operators with ANY issues.  Checking designs, hooping, design colors and thread. Assisting in quality control, shipping, and organizing work area.  Make sure orders are being produced by the due date and being completed in QC to ship on-schedule.  Moving orders to machines as needed.  Troubleshooting machine problems.  Keeping track of supplies/thread/backing and advising when to re-order.  Assisting with sequence sheets and other design issues from supervision team.  Sending files to revise digitizing and replacing those files as needed.
 

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

1.    Production of orders.     
2.    Checking designs and placements 
3.    Troubleshooting issues with machines and operators. 
4.    Able to consistently work at fast pace and maintain high productivity and accuracy.
5.    To perform any reasonable request from production manager, this may include being asked to help in other departments.
6.    Other duties as assigned
 

Additional Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Job Required Knowledge & Skills

  1. Four year degree in business/related field and one year relevant experience; or two year degree in a related field and two years of relevant experience; or three years of relevant experience.
  2. Demonstrated ability to perform independently with minimal supervision.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear, audible, and grammatically correct manner.
  4. Strong understanding about retail store operations, and custom sales techniques.
  5. Ability to effectively advise all aspects of the Digitizing and CCP procedures as well as other custom programs to Store Operation’s personnel.
  6. Strong knowledge and experience in design composition and concepts.
  7. Proven operational knowledge of custom equipment and the affiliated software programs.
  8. Ability to operate a computer and utilize business software programs.
  9. Ability to analyze custom trends and make suggestions on changes to meet or exceed business needs.
  10. Possess a current valid driver’s license, certificate of insurance, and the ability to drive an automobile throughout entirety of employment.
  11. Ability and willingness to travel overnight for training education and/or business meetings.
