General Description

DC Receiving Admin is responsible for inspecting delivered goods to ensure that all products ordered are accurately received. They are responsible for inventory accuracy within the processing area, updating and maintaining existing logs, and building relationships across departments and carriers. 

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

•    Reconcile Purchase Orders to be processed by AP.
•    Email vendors/carriers regarding shipment discrepancies
•    Assist the receiving team in compliance
•    Navigate transportation management systems
•    Maintain existing receiving logs
•    Route inbound freight
•    Search and identify incoming ASNs to ensure timely and accurate receipts
•    Troubleshoot problematic receipts and document issues
•    Perform other tasks as assigned by manager

•    Experience in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Teams, and Outlook
•    Time management and ability to prioritize work

•    Basic understanding of WMS and ERP systems
