General Position Summary

Work in a fast-paced environment for a major specialty retail company.  This position will be required to support tasks related to EDI programs and issues as needed. Additional requirements include the testing for integrations and partnerships.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitors, analyzes, and identifies EDI issues with OpenText by utilizing daily reports and portals.
  • Manage the EDI process between Lids and external stakeholders (vendors and partners) utilizing OpenText services.
  • Assists EDI Coordinator in onboarding new.
  • Work closely with multiple Lids departments for varying projects and tasks.
  • Regular status reporting of projects and recurring issues for internal reviews with multiple departments.
  • Develop strong relationships among colleagues and vendors.
  • Work with National and International trading partners.

Job Required Knowledge & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or related field, and/or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience with EDI processes/applications/analysis is required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamic D365 or similar ERP systems strongly preferred.
  • Experience with OpenText or other managed services providers is strongly preferred.
  • Additional experience in compliance, supply chain, project management, process improvement, and business analytics is preferred.
  • GXS UPC catalog knowledge is preferred.
  • High degree of proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Internet applications.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong, professional, and effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to foster a positive and motivating work environment, encourage feedback, and innovation.
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt well to change in direction and priority in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
