General Position Summary

Work in a fast-paced environment for a major specialty retail company. This position will be required to oversee various projects involving EDI programs, maintaining communications for production using EDI tools and ensuring smooth transitions when changes or maintenance are required.  

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

· Work with EDI team to manage the EDI process between internal and external stakeholders and trading partners utilizing OpenText services.

· Manages onboarding new vendors to ensure business requirements are understood.

· Regular status reporting of projects and recurring issues for internal reviews with multiple departments.

· Collaborates with internal departments on EDI related matters.

· Work with SpecBuilder to generate and maintain EDI Specifications.

· Work closely with multiple Lids departments for varying projects and tasks.

· Monitors, analyzes, and identifies EDI issues with OpenText by utilizing daily reports and portals.

· Work directly with National and International trading partners.

Job Required Knowledge & Skills

· Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or related field, and/or equivalent experience.

· Minimum 5 years of experience with EDI processes/applications is required.

· Experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 or similar ERP system is strongly preferred.

· Experience with OpenText or other managed services providers is strongly preferred.

· Experience with Retail, Wholesales, Apparel, and Transportation EDI systems is preferred.

· Experience with EDIFECs SpecBuilder is preferred.

· GXS UPC catalog knowledge is a plus.

· High degree of proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Internet applications.

· Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work independently as well as within a group atmosphere is required.

· Strong, professional, and effective verbal and written communication skills.

· Additional experience in compliance, supply chain, process improvement, and business analytics is a plus.

· Experience with CLEO MFT products is preferred.

· Ability to foster a positive and motivating work environment, encourage feedback, and innovation.

· Self-motivated with critical attention to detail and deadlines.

· Ability to adapt well to change in direction and priority in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
