INTERNATIONAL MARKETING COORDINATOR 
The International Marketing Coordinator will work closely with our marketing, buying and store operations teams on initiatives to drive our international retail business. They will be responsible for developing marketing plans with customer specific strategies, campaigns and product launches while coordinating execution with our retail partners. The ideal candidate for this position is an energetic professional who can multi-task effectively, offer quick and accurate advice and provide creative input to help advance our international retail business.    

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Work closely with Buying/Merchandising to develop marketing programs to support major initiatives and seasonal events.
  • Identify marketing opportunities to drive foot traffic to our retail business internationally.
  • Work with league and vendor partners to put together marketing campaigns to effectively utilize marketing funds.
  • Evaluate the impact of marketing strategies in achieving their stated objectives, leveraging data and metric-driven insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to inform successful strategies and programs.
  • Provide growth strategies within all marketing channels (including email, organic and paid social, and local advertising.)
  • Research local advertising regulations and ensure compliance in each country.

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in B2C retail environment with strategic marketing, including campaign development and execution, product launches, promotion, advertising, digital marketing, and channel management.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate program performance and results.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to analyze marketplace trends and suggest changes to meet or exceed business needs.
  • International travel approx. 10%
