General Position Summary
The Manager of LHD Fashion Headwear is responsible for supporting strategic initiatives across Lids HD Fashion Headwear. This role partners closely with leadership to execute product strategies, oversee operational processes, and enhance the consumer experience across both ecommerce and brick and mortar environments. The Manager will also lead all social media strategy and execution for Lids HD, ensuring alignment between product launches, storytelling, and community engagement. This position plays a key role in scaling product initiatives, supporting hyper local programs, and driving collaboration across merchandising, marketing, brand, and influencer partnerships.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
• Partner with marketing and brand teams to coordinate influencer and collaborator partnerships tied to product launches and storytelling.
• Support execution of the Lids hyper local initiative across targeted markets including product development, localized storytelling, and community partnerships.
• Lead and execute social media strategy exclusively for Lids HD across all relevant platforms.
• Develop campaigns and content strategies that promote product launches, brand initiatives, and cultural storytelling tied to Lids HD.
• Drive follower growth, engagement, and brand advocacy across Lids HD social channels.
• Manage influencer relationships, product gifting, and seeding strategies to support brand visibility and product launches.
• Oversee planning, content calendars, reporting, and optimization across Lids HD social platforms.
• Partner cross functionally with merchandising, marketing, brand, and operations teams to align product storytelling and campaign execution.
• Manage budgets tied to social initiatives while monitoring performance and return on investment.
• Meet ongoing deadlines in a fast paced marketing environment.
Job Required Knowledge & Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 5+ years experience in digital marketing, product marketing, merchandising, or related field
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience engagement strategies
• Experience supporting product development or merchandise programs
• Process improvement and operational execution capabilities
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate cross functionally with multiple teams
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Passion for fashion, sports culture, and storytelling through product
