General Description:

The Project Coordinator role is responsible for coordinating and supporting our Private Label and Partnership business ventures. Responsible for the successful development, execution, and communication of business plans. Will work alongside the Strategic Initiatives Team, as well as Partners, to coordinate the projects and business plans set forth.


Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Act as key point of contact for our private label business by building, developing, communicating, and maintaining business strategies to ensure successful execution of plans.
  2. Coordinate reporting, tracking, and analysis both internally and externally for all royalties
  3. Own factory communication and sampling
  4. Develop formal processes and formats with the factories as we build the Private Label and Partnership businesses.
  5. Ensure all parties have appropriate information to support the business needs and sales while collaborating with cross functional teams.
  6. Manage licenses and relationship with wholesale partners – including product approval submissions and reporting as needed with partners.
  7. Create monthly seeding packs for influencers
  8. Assist with Local Crowns trade show strategy, plan, logistics, and brand development
  9. Communicate / make recommendations on process efficiency needs, communication concerns, organization, team and new opportunities.
  10. Assist SVP and leaders with misc. tasks
  11. Ability to work varying days and hours, based on business needs.
  12. Ability to maintain an excellent attendance record.
  13. Other duties as assigned.


Job Required Knowledge & Skills:

  1. Associate’s Degree in business or related field, plus two years relevant experience or; equivalent combination of education and experience.
  2. Proven ability to perform independently with minimal supervision
  3. Strong interpersonal skills.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Ability to operate a computer, as well as maneuver relative software programs.
  6. Sitting required for up to 100% of the daily work schedule.
  7. Viewing a computer screen and working on a keyboard for up to 100% of the daily work schedule.
  8. Ability and willingness to travel overnight for training and/or business meetings.
