General Position Summary
The Multimedia Specialist is responsible for developing, producing, editing, and implementing high-quality video content and graphic applications in post-production. This role produces content for multiple digital channels, with a primary focus on video editing and in-store video content, both moving and static. The Multimedia Specialist collaborates closely with the creative team to develop digital and print content that reflects the company’s strategic priorities and brand voice while executing the functions of an editor and contributing creative concepts.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
- Produce compelling video, audio, and motion graphics that drive store traffic, elevate the digital experience, and strengthen brand affinity.
- Produce and edit high-end short-form video that reinforces brand look and messaging.
- Develop motion, video, and creative concepts designed for mall and store environments while supporting graphic designers when required.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop, refine, communicate, and execute the company’s creative brand vision.
- Maintain brand identity across all produced retail and digital content.
- Manage video post-production for promotions, campaigns, events, and product collections.
- Organize and manage the photography and video asset library.
- Create high-quality content while meeting tight deadlines.
- Support innovation across the organization by identifying opportunities to enhance creative output.
- Monitor consumer trends and explore new tools, including AI technologies, to enhance planning and production processes.
Job Required Knowledge & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 3–4 years of photography and video production experience.
- Expert-level experience in video and audio editing using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Graphic design experience is a plus (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Demonstrated excellence in visual design, motion design, and branding.
- Passion for storytelling and script writing.
- Strong understanding of video production fundamentals and principles.
- Experience with desktop and mobile video editing platforms (e.g., CapCut).
- Experience with SketchUp 3D modeling for store signage and graphic applications is a plus.
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Proven creativity, professionalism, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Work Environment
- Onsite office work environment.
- Standard business hours from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., flexibility may be provided upon request.
Physical Demands and Travel Requirements
- Ability to constantly sit at a desk in a sedentary work environment
- Ability to frequently communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to view electronic/written materials and adjust focus when needed (i.e. computers screens, documents, etc.)
- Ability to frequently use a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment.
- Ability to occasionally stand and walk throughout the office.
- Ability to occasionally lift or move items up to 15 pounds.
- Ability to occasionally present information to small and large groups, including team members and leadership.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
