General Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing Model Driven Apps, creating custom applications that seamlessly integrate with existing D365 F&O data, extending its functionality, and providing tailored user experiences for specific business needs. This role requires a deep understanding of the Power Platform ecosystem and the ability to design and implement solutions that enhance business processes and drive efficiency.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and Maintain Model Driven Apps: Design, develop, and maintain Model Driven Apps that integrate seamlessly with D365 F&O and Power Pages.
  • Integration with D365 F&O: Implement and manage integrations between Power Apps (Canvas/Model Driven Apps) and D365 F&O, ensuring data consistency and process automation.
  • Power Pages Development: Create and manage Power Pages to provide a user-friendly interface for external users and enhance customer engagement.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs using the Power Platform.
  • Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure Power Platform components, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, to meet specific business requirements.
  • Leverage Low-Code Capabilities: Utilize the low-code capabilities of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to create custom applications that seamlessly integrate with existing D365 F&O data.
  • Data Management: Ensure data integrity and security within the Power Platform and D365 F&O environments.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power Platform solutions, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest features and updates in the Power Platform and D365 F&O and continuously improve existing solutions.
  • Microsoft AI Integration: Integrate Microsoft AI technologies such as Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Machine Learning, Azure AI Foundry, and Copilot into Power Platform solutions to enhance functionality and provide advanced capabilities.

Job Required Knowledge & Skills

  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in developing Canvas and Model Driven Apps and integrating with D365 F&O and around 2 years of experience in developing AI Solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages), D365 F&O, and Microsoft AI technologies (Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Machine Learning, Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio).
  • Programming Languages: Knowledge of JavaScript, C#, and X++ is beneficial.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Certifications: Microsoft Power Platform certifications are a plus.
