General Description

Responsible for maintaining supplies and equipment within the organization. Request, receive, store, issue, and maintain supply materials and equipment. Work directly with vendors as well as multiple internal team members to accomplish tasks and projects.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Receive, store, and provide inventory for fixtures, signage, and operational supplies as related to our stores.
  2. Maintain an organized work area of fixtures, supplies and signage as they are received into the DC.
  3. Fulfill new store take-offs for fixtures, supplies and signage and ensure they are ready for shipment.
  4. Maintain and update new store kit template, as necessary.
  5. Fulfill and ship replenishment requests for fixtures, supplies and signage.
  6. Review, validate, and approve invoices
  7. Partner directly with vendors on negotiation, costing, timelines, and delivery.
  8. Communicate with employees at all levels of the company.
  9. Ability to work varying days and hours, based on business needs.
  10. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  11. Ability to maintain an excellent attendance record.
  12. Other duties as assigned.

Job Required Knowledge & Skills

  1. Associate’s degree in business or related field and one year relevant experience or; High School Diploma/Trade School Certification in business or related field plus at least two years relevant experience or; equivalent combination of education and experience.
  2. Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated written and verbal skills.
  3. Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
  4. Ability to stand on a ladder with hands over head.
  5. Standing required for up to 70% of the work time.
  6. Sitting required for up to 30% of the work time.
  7. Ability to operate a computer as well as relative software programs including Microsoft Office Suites with a focus on Excel.
