General Position Summary

Talent Acquisition & Talent Development plays a vital role in supporting the recruitment and development of top talent across our organization. This role ensures smooth processes for store and corporate hiring while also supporting development initiatives that drive employee engagement, performance, and retention. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment and is passionate about supporting both new hires and existing employees in their career journeys.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Support

  • Post open positions for retail store and corporate roles within HRIS and job boards.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, store leaders, and HR partners.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
  • Assist with onboarding activities such as offer letters, pre-employment checks, orientation scheduling, and Day 1 readiness.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently.
  • Support seasonal hiring events and recruitment campaigns
  • Support Campus Recruiting strategy and events/attending Career Fairs
  • Other related duties as assigned.

 

Talent Development Support

  • Coordinate logistics and communication for training sessions, onboarding programs, and leadership development workshops
  • Assist in maintaining and tracking training records within the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Support delivery of New Hire Orientation and ensure a consistent, engaging experience for all new team members.
  • Help develop and distribute training materials, job aids, and development tools.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from initiatives and provide insights to support program improvement.
  • Assist with engagement activities that support company culture and morale
  • Other related duties as assigned.

 

Job Required Knowledge & Skills

· Associate’s Degree in human resources, business administration, -or related field OR 1 –3 years of experience in HR coordination, recruiting, and/or development support.

· Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

· Ability to work with a high sense of urgency and attention to detail.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ATS, LMS, or HRIS platforms.

Preferred Job Required Knowledge & Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration or related field.

· Customer-first mindset with a passion for supporting associates throughout lifecycle

· Energetic, resourceful, and adaptable – thrives in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong collaboration skills with the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams and store leadership.

· Interest in growing within the HR field, especially in talent
