General Description

The Visual Merchandising and Print Coordinator will support the content, accuracy and production of FLC in-store merchandising directives, print and signage; ensuring all distribution is accurate and of high quality.  This position will work closely with key internal stakeholders, including Marketing team members, Buying, Planning, Operations as well as third party print and digital vendors, to collect information, and interpret the information into easy-to-follow direction for the store field teams.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and own process for planning and building product displays that maximize conversion and drive sales on a day-to-day basis.
  • Develop attractive window and in-store displays with clear communication directives for execution in the field.
  • Manage procurement and on time delivery of print for instore marketing materials.
  • Create purchase orders for print and maintain accurate and timely invoice tracking, while contributing to the development of processes that drive efficiency and cost savings.
  • Handle field requests for signs and fixtures in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate and prioritize print production schedules.
  • Maintain master store distribution list.
  • Maintain accurate records of print inventory for all printers and monitor costs.

  • Purchase order and invoice tracking with focus on maintaining budgets.
  • Be proactive. Plan for instore needs and seek the information needed to be effective in your role.
  • Communicate clearly, effectively, and regularly with the team.

Job Required Knowledge & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in visual merchandising or related field.
  • Visual merchandising experience (in-store experience a plus).
  • Excellent communicator with experience in direction-based communication
  • Strong time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects, meeting all timelines and deliverables.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in problem solving and developing creative solutions.
  • Collaborative team player; but able to get things done on your own.
